  • Band Push-Ups (15)
  • KB Squats (15) – 35Lbs
  • Single leg TD (10e)

Round2:

  • Wall Sit w/Rev Fly (15)
  • Single Arm Row w/Press (10e)
  • Alt Chest Press (10alt 5T)
  • Knee Tucks + Mountain Climbers (15e)

Round3:

  • DB Bent Over Row (15)
  • Single Arm Clean 2 Press (10e)
  • Squatting High Row (15)
  • Side Crunches (15e)

Round4:

  • MB Slams (10) 20Lbs
  • Torso Rotation (20) 20Lbs
  • Toe Touches (20) 20 Lbs
